You can also specify different martingale level hit target for each of your pair on Ladder mode. Use the format below:

EURUSD-4;GBPUSD-5;AUDUSD-10

This example will open all martingale positions on EURUSD when it hits position 4, GBPUSD on 5 and AUDUSD on 10 respectively.
