The “automated calendar” feature is retrieving calendar information from Forex Factory. We also decide which events are “red” even though they might be featured as “yellow/low” or “orange/medium” in Forex Factory. We notice that, even though some events are regarded as yellow or orange (eg. some of the PMI events), they sometimes can create huge volatility. This is why we go further than just reading the calendar data as-is.
